I have some protection and blam points, and i thought is was supposed to increase my voting power but it says it was worth 0%? why is that
you need 100 blams/saves to move up in rank, then eventually it goes up by 200...i think, then 500, then 100 something like that drimarki knows the ACCURATE ;) ranks

yes, but you could have 27 blams + 23 saves = new rank,

NOTE: For Elite Guard Brigadier General to Elite Guard General, I'm not sure about the numbers. I only used my logic to figure it out. Since I know that last rank requires 30000 and Elite Guard Colonel requires 17500, I did some math and this is what I have found.
