If this was Wolfs Rain and I was a wolf, I think china would be my paradise ; p
it's one of the most famouse sightseeing places in China, called Guilin, not Guijin.
There are many many rice farms of this kind in the mountainous areas in China(there are some in my hometown too, but smaller in size:) ).
However, with the developing some of these landscape are being destroyed...

you are wrong, all the sweatshops in China are in cities, but far away from these untouched countries, and, dramatically, people work in those sweatshop are usually come from these kind of undeveloped area.
