I dont understand how to blow the wistle to tell NG that a flash movie is making pop ups. Someone answer really soon plz coz i want 2 know (obviously!).

Stolen flash: do this if you're absolutely sure the shown flash was taken from somewhere else.
Malicious flash: do this if it spawns pop-ups to other sites or was brought back after being blammed.
Harcore flash: do this if something is hardcore (porn, torutre, racism).
After blowing the whistle, you will be asked to give a description as to why you blew the whistle on it. These are only available for flashes under judgement. If it passed, email Wade.

I still dont understand. Say there was an entry that made a pop-up pop up saying: "you must install this or you virus protection will become critical, your files may be harmed" or something like that (which it did), is would i blow the wistle on it?
BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, HOW?... HOW CAN I BLOW IT????

You can only blow the whistle on a flash if it's under judgement at the time. Also make sure that the pop-up is actually coming from the Flash itself before you whistle. The pop-up you just described sounds like a common pop-up from Newgrounds and it didn't come from a flash movie, which means it shouldn't be whistled, if that is the case.

It becomes unviewable to the public and an admin has to check it out to see whether it breaks any rules or not.
If it is found to break the rules it goes to the graveyard, if not, it returns to the portal.

Like Pink_Soda said, the admins will check it out if it happens to break the rules. But there's a catch. Even if you don't think it's stolen or whatever but you still voted 0 or 1, it gets checked out by the admins, and it goes to the graveyard, you still get the blam point.
Oh, and if you accurately blow the whistle (it gets thrown into the graveyard), you get whistle points(!) But I figured you knew that already
