Haha. However, I must say that NemesisM66 has owned you. He has the highest voting power, and compared to him, your 10.05 voting power seems small.
Enough with the joke. Let's see why you can't have 10.05% voting power.
First, you are level 2. The maximum XP you can get while staying at level 2 is 99. So let's say you have 99 XP. That is 1.99% voting power. Of course, there is blam/protection points to worry about. Let's say you have the highest rank that you can get for blam/protection points. That gives you additional 60% of voting power. 1.99 + (1.99 * 0.60) = 3.184. This means that the maximum voting power you can possibly get for being level 2 is 3.18 voting power. So your 10.05 voting power doesn't make sense at all (unless you are talking about your other account, in that case you should state that the 10.05 voting power is your other account).
Besides, it is impossible for you to be the highest rank. The reason is that there is a list of Top 50 Blammers/Saviours. You are not on that list. Let's say you are ranked 51 and is Elite Guard Sergeant (Since 50th is Elite Guard Sergeant). Elite Guard Sergeant gives 20% additional voting power. Now let's calculate. 1.99 + (1.99 * 0.20) = 2.388. So, logically speaking, the maximum voting power you can possibly have is 2.39 voting power.
...I don't know why I did this, maybe I was bored...It's obvious that he is making a joke...ah well

I didn't check your profile I just used logic to find out that you are lying about 10.05 voting power. Oh, and speaking of profile, I'm starting to think that you did this to increase your popularity. The users wanted to check whether you really have that much voting power or not, which increases your popularity. A deceptive way indeed.
