What level do you have to get to before your vote changes the movies rating?
My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.
There is no real 'level'. It all depends on your voting power. To influence movies with many votes, your voting power has to be huge. You're only likely to chnage it by about 0.01 anyway.
My voting power seems to be increasing by 0.01 every 3 days. It's quite annoying cos it's taking ages to increase.

Yea...the rate of increase depends on blam/protection rank. For example, if you have 0% increase (Civilian), then the rate of increase is same as rate of increase by depositing exp (which is approximately 0.01 voting power every 22 xp). However, if you have 30% increase (Elite Guard Praporshchik), then your rate of incrase would increase by 30%.
yea, i know that but when i look every day i go up a point with the same rank, im not sure if this is correct but it is definatly happening to me, ive seen it!

That is very interesting... Maybe it has to do with the fact that you are high level. It never occurs to me..to me, it's like every 2 days or so. You know that if you are higher level then you get more bonus from the ranks. So...it might have something to do with that.
