You dont have to for anything with the free trial from macromedia. But it only lasts 30 days so you get a chance to see if flash is right for you or not.
Your address? If you mean your home address I doubt it is necessary and if you mean your IP address then your out of luck. Macromedia wouldnt screw you over anyway because they can see your IP address. Why would they bother.

You stop making flash then. Pirating is not a good way to support the flash community, and I would not advise doing that. I recommend you try it for a month, see if you like animating, and decide from there.
