You asked for ideas for the first floor. I know night clubs make a lot of money. 10 bucks to get in, 2 bucks profit per beer, people pumping quarters into pool tables and Mame machines. hundreds in and out over the course of the night. Peferct weekend job. During the week, use it for LAN parties and competitions. Theme it all NG with life size Pico characters and stuff. Create a few DVDs of the top NG submissions, have them looping on various TVs or projectors in the club. I dunno, just ideas. If renting it would be easier and make more money, then do that! Some other less creative ideas are: coin-op laundromat, convenience store, classroom, gym, dojo, adult store, etc. You meantioned the building was built really strong. Maybe even use the roof for parties during the summer. A big gold master p tank on the roof would be awesome!
