Anything I flag or remove gets a 0. I flag it or remove it for a reason, and that reason earns it a 0. I also don't want something to pass with a good score before the mods can get to it. Being a mod, it doesn't take long to get to removing something, but I still don't want rule breaking submissions to get a decent score. It can inspire them to try again.

It's made in goAnimate or Vyond; same thing, old/new name. goAnimate is allowed. It's used to create crap 99% of the time, so it has a bad reputation. It is allowed, tho. Doesn't mean you can't v0te y0ur heart out on it tho.
