this is over the line and outside the bounds of things like Garry's mod, which we DO allow through because the animation that we see with Toontastic is created by another artist, while the animation that we can see in a garry's mod animation has to be created by the submitting author.
if you hold down on the character in Toontastic with either a mouse or a finger the character automatically moves, which is directly opposite of the animation style in Garry's mod where you have to tell an object to move from point A to B and move like _____.
Toontasic is far closer to Animaker in that respect, if not the same and we don't allow Animaker as previously discussed

Garry's Mod is a video game. I think you're confused with Source, which is Garry's Mod, but it's meant to be more focused on animation. Not that people use Garry's Mod as an animation tool, but it's not as accessible to Source, since it's more or less modded content you have to install to do that.

Recreating Ronnie McNutt's suicide in animation is bad enough, but using the audio from the suicide brings it over the top... I'm like 99% sure that using the audio from a video of an actual real suicide is rule-breaking. I know that images and video of IRL gore is obviously against the rules, but does audio of actual people actually dying break the rules too?

I would say misses the whole point of the cartoon in a satirical sense.
Like it's meant to be an subversion of a kids' show, just because it looks all cute and safe doesn't exclude Cuddle's gonna die in some gruesome fashion, which is a very important message to YouTube's atrocious method of categorizing which is made for kids and which isn't.
To remove the violence and gore would've made the cartoon just Invader Zim but less on horror without the Irken race and gross-out and all of Jhonen Vasquez's unique artstyle is just replaced with this safe and dare I say corporate cute artstyle.
