KK stands for Kitty Krew, an old spam group that would post super low effort stuff like this that almost get blammed, in order to win Turd of the Week (which now no longer gets awarded). It's usually not their own original content.
As a member who joined during their revival in 2022, I'm disappointed. That sort of stuff would never be allowed nowadays now that the rules are more refined, and I'm trying to steer them towards more legitimate forms of spam.
