Pretty much. With this rule, we allow older speedpaints to remain as grandfathered, but the newer ones can be zapped.

For movie submissions, you cant steal and upload a video someone else created, but many people use assets from Source Film Maker, goAnimate, gmod, and it's ok even tho they didnt create the character or the assets.As long as they made the video themselves, it's ok. With art submissions, you have to be fully the creator of the piece. As long as you drew it yourself, it's ok. You may draw Superman and not own Superman, but it's ok because you drew it all yourself.
With that being said, you can always v0te whatever you like on any submission.
