This is VERY, VERY similar to Apple Eater by ThinXIII. In fact, the levels I played are exactly the same, except for a different background, slightly different menus and UI, and a slightly sloppier placement of the apples.

Haha... it does look like one huge advertisement, actually. But if you drag the numbers on the phone, they do appear to be a game.
