They didn't get the sniper yet, they "caught" some old guy who happened to own a white astro van and a white box van. He's no sniper, though. The sniper's been getting sloppy, he should have taken a break after about 5, then started up a month later. They had nothing on him until someone saw him and he left a shell sitting on the ground. Fool, leave no evidence or witnesses. The shirt isn't bad, not really that funny, though. Not because it's "mean", it just isn't that funny.

Personally, I think it has every right to be here,

If anything, I think the shirt would be a wake-up call to our shitty law enforcement, which spends more time pulling black guys over because they "look" like criminals, than going after the real criminals.
