Whoops, I got a bit redundant there. Not enough sleep. :Þ

Just curious, but how did you manage that? There's at least a 200 blam/save difference between the two ranks. I only managed around 50 yesterday. What's your secret? :)

Well, for one, I already had about 40 to start. And if you look at the Portal, it's clearing out very, very fast. ;)
No more waiting until something has 24, 49, 74 or 99 votes under .75, 1, 1.25 or 1.5 respectively. Just watch the movie and if it sucks as the score dictates, vote 0 and be done with it.

Or is it a combonation of the two, like the entire exp level system now? Thank you.It is based on a fixed scale. So those who put in their time helping to vote will go up in rank, but won't have to worry about lossing their rank if they take a break from NG. The first few levels require 100 points to go up, but then you need more and more points to gain levels. Towards the end you may need close to 5,000 points to go up. :)
Also we did have a couple bugs the other day. Citizens were getting a 2% bonus when they should have been getting 0%. Why should new users get a 2% bonus off the start? :) This was an accident. So the first promotion to Safety Patrol should result in a 2% bonus.
Um... I was exp level 14, and then I took a break from NG....mightn't that be restored...?
...maybe?
But what does the Populairity Rank. I haven't even got one...

it doesnt do jack shite. it isnt a new addition at all. its decided by how many users check out ur profile, by commparison to other members. its just there to show off, but it could give u an idea how important and active that member is on newgrounds.
i used to be 93 out of 88000 earlier this month, but it went down to 500 and now its back to 160.
so click on my profile!!!

Thanks Wade, my voting power which worth 5.06 added with 2% from blam and protection points raised it to 5.16. Keep up the great work Wade!

This was a good idea, but I still feel that those people that finish off the crap should get special points for it.

I found 'em. Get this into your URL field on your browser:

Next, simply replace the zero with a number 1-26 to see the icon for that BLAPRO (blams + protections) points level.
How do we see our Blam and Protection points? I don't know where to check.
Can you make a user ranking for highest blams plus saves like there is for experience points??????

Oh Wade...
Are you insane!?...
A portal graveyard!?...
Do not bring forth the coming of the void!...

I love the new system, also it'll get more people to vote on more movies so we have more opinions on the games/movies.
