Village: you can only pick one of the villages shown in the anime.
Specialty: as in taijutsu, genjustsu or ninjutsu.You don't have to choose it.
Rank: just write in whatever your rank in the club is.
Justu: Academy students only have E-rank justusu, and fail them half the time.
Gennin - all E-rank jutsu, three D-rank.
Chuunin - all E-rank, five D-rank, three C-rank.
Jounin - all E-rank, any D-rank, eight C-rank, three A-rank, one S-rank.
Special Jounin - same as regular Jounin, except they should choose one area of specialty and aim their jutsu to that area.
Kage - any E, D and C rank, ten A-rank, three S-rank.
Special requests: Weapons beyond shuriken and kunai, made up jutsu or extra jutsu\jutsu of a level you shouldn't have, being a missing-nin. THis kind of stuff.

Background: No Bloodline limits, no over the head ultra awesome stories, no "my whole family was killed so I'm an avenger" cliches bullshit.
