I have a general computers question...is there a way to make my DSL connection connect automatically on startup? I tried placing a shortcut to it in the startup folder, but then it just pops up the connction window...I have to click connect. Any ideas? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I can be of no service to you. But I do know that my parents' DSL connection connects automatically at start-up, so there IS a way. I, however, connect with cable in my apartment through a router, so it's always connected.

Goodness people actually read the the messages already here before posting...Actually, the top fifty of all time is by score, not popularity. Dad and Me, at the top currently has only around 750,000 views ATM, compared to 26,000,000 to the actual most popular.
