I just got my new tablet today and I would like to know of the best photoshop for drwing and coloring is. I would really appreciate it if I could have some help thanks ^_^

Drawing in photoshop is lame. Drawing on paper and scanning into Photoshop to alter a drawn image and using a tablet for colouring is not lame.
