Virus/Spyware problem

Alright well i was surfing the net for some porn and i come across a site and norton finds a virus called BloodHound deeprooted in my system32 with Winnet.dll as the folder, now I was wondering what i could do to remove this Virus.

My OS is Windows XP, the Virus/Spyware name is called BloodHound.W32.EP.

It's a virus. I've found out.

Anyone know any Free Virus Cleaning Softwares?

Firewalls?

Etc to keep my computer safe.
