I don't watch that much anime, but I've really come to like GTO. It's not particulary clever, it's just funny and wild. After that would be Neon Genesis, and Initial D, even though it doesn't have much of a story.

i don't think i have a favourite, any anime is good in my view point. but if i have to say i'd say flcl or excel saga.
I like Rurouni Kenshin, Yu Yu hakusho, Princess Mononoke, Inu-Yasha...and anything in Shonen Jump....
Though I don't like DB, DBZ, or DBGT, sorry to anyone who does....DON'T HURT ME! *cowers*
