Personally, I would, but considering your history with lawsuits and copyright infringement, etc, it might be difficult to win, without a kickass lawyer.

It is rather suspicious with the breakdancing part... Even if I had not seen the PICO 2 with Breakdancing scense etc... the kid is a near hit for Pico.

Somebody at Jnco has obviously been surfing Newgrounds lately; "Flamehead" and his cronies even reflect the recent art style given to Pico.

I have had a pair of JnCO pants Featuring flamehead for a while now.... He is an old mascot... So they really aren't infringing on you....you may be infringing on them.... I'd just keep it cool...and maybe remove that post from the front page so if any JncO cronie is looking up JNCO shit ona search engine they don't hit this site see pico's new design and go lawsuit crazy.... because we all know they need the money...considering they were going out of business and He also looks like the Powell skateboards dude!

I'd say let them be..For after the legal trouble and threats this site has had. They can get all that info and bring it to court. You don't wanna take a chance of losing this big of site. If you have a good lawyer and check the date in copyright. If it is later then you should consider. If it is in the same year as you or lower then just leave it alone.

Definately not. He's actually only slightly reminiscant of Pico. And, like previously stated, Flamehead has been around for awhile.
Besides, that art style is VERY popular. Sue Jnco, and before you know, turn around and you'll be getting sued by a company who's designs came first, but Pico is just slightly "reminiscant."
Alien Nation, for one, uses that art style on their shirts. (Which are great shirts, btw)

It does look very much like Pico, and a lawsuit might work if you find a lawyer to pull it off, i say go for it
I can vouch for some part, the role of Flamehead, he was released in the early 1990s as part of an advertising campaign to get in with the Seattle grunge crowd who were " supposedly" all wearing baggy jeans, and skateboarders (stupid execs), anyways while in style wise they do seem to be similar, no construance could be drawn, and you would likely lose the battle if this was ever taken to court. Why? Couple of points:
Flamehead has a seperate world that is nothing like Pico's. In and around '98 Flamehead comic premiered which created a solid character foundation base that holds no similarity to Pico. The enviroment in which the comic is set in, would likely be seen as too much of a stretch. In short, Pico's world, and Flamehead's are too different to be found as a ripoff.
Next, the point of style wise. Flamehead's style does not matter. In the world of copy cat art style, the law does not care, and as such neither you can sue on basis that Flamehead looks to much like Pico, nor could the late Jack "King" Kirby sue Genndy for copying his style on Samurai Jack. If you do seek legal action, I would seriously suggest taking into account two sources.
One, the court battle of Marvel Comics Vs. Extreme Comics. The battle goes forth to the point of accusing ExC's character "Fighting American" that his character resembles Capt. America too much. The verdict went to Marvel, and they were forced to pay. I would highly suggest checking the stragety on that one.
Second, If you enter the court system, ask for help from the Comic Legal Defense Fund, it's a national organization dedicated to paying court fees for artists, and creators who have been wronged, and can't normally pay a court fee against a giant company.
Third, Email me. I'm a cartoonist also. In my spare time(haha) I study laws, and loop holes on how to mess with the court system. I also have friends which are lawyers, and could give you quick advice. God, I sound like Mr. Lesko!
