That's Luffy in his fight with Foxy the Silver Fox in the Davy Back Fight arc. I haven't seen the episodes since Kaizoku has not subbed them yet but I read the manga version. The reason for the afro is Usopp told Luffy the afro would unlock the beast inside him.

Go here for a trailer of the new One Piece game coming out in the States in September. Sadly it will only have 16 playable characters not like the current ones in Japan which have like 52 or something. Which is a lot for a fighting game.

I heard Mihawk was going to be in the game along with Shanks and Smoker. It's pretty much every fighting character up to the Lougetown arc. This info I just recently got.

The reason so many people hate the rap was they were tricked into thinking the theme was going to be a translated "We Are" which was the first of the five One Piece theme songs and is very catchy. Go here to download it.
They just released the new episode of One Piece in Japan and the voice of possible new Strawhat crew member Franky is voiced by the same guy who did Jango and Bon Clay.
Has the manga in Shonen Jump gotten to the Mini Stories yet. The Mini Stories are one page scenes without dialouge of a supporting character or defeated villan that could last for chapter after chapter after chapter and it begins at the beginning of each chapter.
