i thought it was related to them cause she had a slight resemblence to Ed's mom. I real the homunculi spoilers, and it really difn't have much play in the story, i just now know their motivations and story.

FYI dude, Envy's a guy. I'm not going to spoil it, but he was a certain person's SON, someone who is VERY important to the FMA storyline. But then again, Envy's relationship with that person also makes Envy himself an important character, just as important as Edward.
Envy says that he's changed forms so many times he forgot his regular form, but if you watch episode 51, "Death", you'll see HIS true form.
