I never use these forums, but I figured I'd ask a quick question if any NG staff read this: how long are the "time-outs" for the new Grounds Gold/PHP thing Tom mentioned? I remember before it'd leave me logged in for days, but today (first time I've used NG since the server upgrades) I was apparently timed out several times and had the "5 votes required to deposit" reset each time. Since I'm 28.8, this was rather annoying, since by the time I loaded up a Flash I was timed out/logged out and couldn't revote on the same Flash. I guess what I'm trying to ask is, are there time-outs (my dial-up has acted kinda funny before, so there is the possibility its just me), and if so, is there any way you could increase them to help dial-uppers such as myself, or anything else I could do to prevent this from happening?

Thats great! Does it mean that butcer might finally get banned and stop annoying me? No i don't really want that, its tight to want someones entertainment stopped just beacause you don't like their attitude. The only comment i have is that we do need a set of rules, so that when we do something wrong, we know that we ARE doing something wrong. A decent set of BBS rules wouldn't go amiss either. I've written this much, and the page hasn't loaded yet :)!
Anyway... a stricter BBS should be good for the users who want intelligent conversation like me! though, i must admit i do post too many short messages summing up my opinion in one or two words, when i should be writing 50 words or more. But it doesnt matter!

Finally!! Its about time!! Newgrounds needs to clean up and become better. It has gone downhill since the summer of 2001. I liked Newgrounds when I first came. Now it loads slowly and the Portal is overloaded with shit. The BBS is full of shit and whiners and assholes. As for the Clock Crew, ban all the Clock Crew who make no and/or bad Flash movies that break Portal rules and/or do it for attention in the BBS. Keep the original Clock Crew like RaspberryClock, OrangeClock, and PineappleClock. Also, the chatroom needs to be cleaned up. Also, please ban people who whine about being banned from the NG Chatroom. They are annoying and need to know they have caused trouble.
