Burger King; Up In Flames

About a year ago, this guy had an arguement with his manager at a burger king, down by a little place us Southerners call 'Tower Park' (its a place with a water park and cinema and all sorts like casinos)

This man was fired during his morning shift, but whilst the boss was out, this man returned to the burger king and set all of the gas supplied kitchen appliences alight.
This man then went back to his humble abode.

His former colegues fought all day and afternoon to put out the fire, but it was no use. By 8:30 that night the whole of burger king was like a flame grilled Whopper!!

The blaze on 16 October 2003 caused £400,000 of damage.

The man was found on CCTV doin so...and was then waken to court. The trial has lasted a whole year, and only recently was the man given 7 years in the big house. For arson, and dangering lives.

Seven years? Damn he must have had one hell of a lawyer. Because something like that could have endangered dozens of lives, possibly lots of deaths too and what if the fire had continued to spread away from the Burger King?

I swear, there are days when I wake up and wonder if the system is still working.

Interesting story. Did BK sue him for damages?
