You could make one. Just don't tell us. Don't advertise it and don't show any links to us on ng. Yep...you hide it on your site so it will be very difficult to find it or you could just keep one for yourself. As long as you don't advertise it, it should be ok because most users won't find it.

I accually at one point when I hit 30K took the time to figure out how long it took me to get there, and avg points.

Well, it's a little restricted: it uses the same list of profiles that I use for my other blam/protect lists, so it will only include people with Safety Patrol or higher. But yeah, newer profiles will probably be on top. Oh well. Actually, this list is causing me a bit of trouble: every time I run it, it keeps sorting by lifetime, rather than b/p's per day. Stupid thing...tomorrow, when I feel like it, I'll take a really close look at what it's doing and squish this annoying bug.

I'll give it a couple more weeks before I make any decision like that. Because the RRR list adds on a chunk of time to my updates (whereas the other lists don't), I might be tempted to discard it if demand isn't high enough.

Whoopsy. Forgot about that. Well, it's pretty easy to figure out. Just multiply the percentage by the total number of reviews. So for XwaynecoltX, you'd multiple 0.1211 x 9216, which gives you 1116 (round off the decimals). Here's the rest of the response numbers for the people you quoted:

Without watching, I could vote 40-45 flashes in one minute... I might miss some b/p pts but most of my votes will be accurate because I can't avoid watching the preloader, the filesize, the comment, the list of author's submissions, the name of the author, etc. Although, I prefer to watch a part of the flash before voting because it worths it. I close the window faster (sometimes very fast) when it's complete crap or when it's totally boring.

Depends on how large the file size is on what they watched. If they were all under 100KB I would say it is very possible they did watch it.
