Well, you have to remember to keep your health up by buying steroid packs and such.

If you get sick of dieing then read the hints and cheats part of the game.

Looks like you need the money cheat.
when you go to help, go to cheats/hints/secrets
you have a button for +150 cash button. press it, now you have 150 cash extra.
than press right mouse button, and go to forward. press right mouse button again and go to forward again, now press right mouse button and press "back"
and the +150 money button is back again.
you can do this unlimited times.

Seriously, he has a pretty excellent walkthrough in the game, if you still can't beat it, then you didn't read his walkthrough.
i have beat it and here are some suggetions:
~chose the person with the highest health
~before you sell items to the punk for 100 see if their is anywhere better.
~never sell anything for under 100 because you can sell it to the punk
~sometimes not being gready is better than asking for more
~chose health over money
~play over and over and hope you get lucky
note: dont expect a ending it just sais "you won!"
