Windows Movie Maker Aug 3, 2004

Anyone ever use this? I tried to make movies on it, I did some for school with some friends as Simple Minded Productions. The problem is, after making all the scenes manually in piant, we have to run it, but the fastest we got it to run was .47 seconds between scenes, instead of running straight through. Does anyone know if it's possible to run it through with no time between frames?

So no one can help me at all, then?

Just give them a minute, it can take a while in this forum.

It's been a while since i have used WMM but you might have it set as a slide show...find an option to either turn it off or set the delay to 0

i hope that helps :)

I have used it for stop time animation before, and i just shrunk each frame down on the timeline as small as it would go, but this was still pretty choppy. I would reccomend trying to get some other program to compile the frames, look around on the internet, there are quite a few of them. (I use videowave, but that costs money)

I went into options and found out that the smallest possible frame length is 0.125 seconds. Sorry.

If you want to try a few other programs:

Free video editors
Debugmode.com's WAX 2.0
ThugsAtBay's Zweistein
VirtualDub

So... what should I do with a budget of $0.00?

What do you mean?
Is free still to expensive?

WAX 2 is cool, but 3 will be more stable.

hehe I find it pretty decent for it being free. Though I hate that it pushes the wmv format instead of offering you decent formats. The only other good one is .avi and you can't apply any codecs to it so it ends up being 400 MB for a 3 min movie ...
