I use an editing program for photos, a Chromebook, and a mouse. I've been doing digital art more often though so I've gotten a little more used to drawing digitally but it's still a pain in the butt sometimes.

I use Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop (for small details)
my tablet model is XP PEN artist 12 2nd generation =)
I use Adobe Animate and Paint Tool Sai.
I also draw using a mouse
I use IBISPaint and my finger for drawing art! Yes yes, only the finest of tools and money spent on this /j

Clip Studio Paint, Blender, occasionally Photoshop but I don't waste money on a license.
Outside of my office I use some sort of ipad that uses Pencil 2.

I use a Huion graphic tablet and a digital pencil. I work in photoshop. That's all
Cintiq HD as hardware and using Blender, Photoshop and 3D Substance painter (needed for Blender) as go-to-trio-software. But for final look there might be few other tools and widgets included.
I mostly use my Android tablet and an app called Art Flow.
I also Pixel Studio for pixel art, and Rough Animator for gifs.
Take it with a grain of salt, I am slower than a snail.
I draw using a HUION tablet in Adobe Animate.
FireAlpaca with mouse.
I do have a tablet Wacom Intuos, but for other purposes, I use it sometimes when I draw sketches.
I do my sketches on whatever paper I can find and then take a pic if it to put in ibispaintX where I finish it using my finger

I used to do that too with ibis
I use a computer mouse to draw and I draw on microsoft paint.
I may not be the brightest in the box full of light-bulbs, but that doesn't mean I can't light the way in this dark world.

XP-Pen tablet and Clip Studio Paint
I would go outside and touch grass, but unfortunately there's an obstacle known as
XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro and Clip Studio Paint Version 2.
I currently use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 with Infinite Painter as my main program, though I've dabbled with RoughAnimator and Krita for animations too.
I use an XP-Pen Pro 16 for a drawing tablet (first gen) and the program Clip Studio Paint Pro.
Huion RTP-700 and Krita, Paintstorm too once I learn it.

I use Procreate on my iPad with an Apple pencil. Nothin’ like having all the apps that distract me from drawing on the same device I draw on.

Krita and a Wacom Bamboo tablet I've had for about a decade or so.
Procreate on an iPad mini. Before procreate, I had Clip Studio on my PC.
I mainly use Clip studio paint EX, I bought a permanent license for my PC 2 years ago during their black friday sale
But before when I had no money, I used Medibang Paint Pro or Fire Alpaca
