Okay how much are you asking depending who you want to portray?
Really depends on how big this project is.
If all you need is a few lines or someone to fill in dialogue for a minute most will do it for free.
If you demand hours of work, recording, editing then people will ask for some compensation.
At minimum I'm just gonna ask for credit, but I would like a project plan before spending time on it.
