I used to like Lindt the most - the traditional blue one. Milka was excelent too, but harder to find and more expensive where i live. Now that i don't eat things with milk i haven't tried any fancy chocolate just yet.

I like the taste of white chocolate but I stopped eating it after I learned there's more sugar in it that regular chocolate.
I like carob which is a healthier alternative to chocolate but the only places I can think of that still sell it off-hand are health food stores.
I don't know of any supermarkets that carry it.
