Pico Bumper did, I was limited to only using 54/67 bumpers submitted due to limitations in the current newgrounds playlist system so your other one got cut.

If it wasn't posted to the movie portal then it couldn't be used(like in the guidelines). The stream was run off the website itself so if it doesnt exist on NG it couldnt be played.
