First custom craft, the most customed craft. It certainly isn't customn't.

The addition of air brakes and VTOL wing pontoons allows for hovering and precision maneuvering at low speeds. Standard machine guns were replaced with single barrel carbines to make room for sensor arrays and what I can only think to call "grippy claws." In the back are sensor-jammers and shorter fins, allowing a better range of movement for the center-mounted cutting laser. The laser has its share of combat applications, but it's mostly intended for making quick and dirty field repairs to friendly units.

All this added kit results in a craft with low top speeds, making it a sitting duck in dogfights. Rather than make head-on engagements, her suite of tools lends itself best to sneak attacks in obstacle-dense environments.

When I look at the art work you post here and I look at your art work that you post on other sites. I always think of frieza from dragon ballZ. Like the stuff you post here you are conserving your power level...the stuff you post else where is like your ultimate form. Its like NewGrounds cant handle that level of power!!!...ITS OVER 9000!!!!....sorry I will stop fan girling now...

When it comes to Artstation, a lot of that is what I'd call work. I very rarely push things as far as I can unless it's for a production company or client that's paying industry rates. One piece could take me 20, in some cases 40 hours, and I think the fun part is the first 8 or so, so most of my personal stuff that you see here is just me goofing around, having fun, getting back in touch with what made me want to draw and be an artist in the first place. I'll only push it further than that on personal stuff if I feel like I'm on a roll.

You'd be surprised how many people go pro and just completely lose their passion as they redirect all their energy towards whatever makes the most money. I mean don't get me wrong, I'd sell out in a heartbeat if I was good enough to make what some of my buddies make, but I'd still have to make sure I had time to decompress and spend time doing the part of the process I like most. Ideally someday I'll get fast enough that I can merge those two sides of my art life in a way that's relatively painless.

This is an area where I need more spite than profit motive to succeed, but it really is quite fun when the planets align. I spend so much time trying to get good at smooth colors and pleasant shapes that making something mottled and hideous is a cathartic change of pace.

As is the nature of game jams, I mostly finished most of what I wanted to do with this game, but I want to go back to it after the judging so I can polish it up.

I did the art and most of the story writing past the tutorial. But it's an art thread, so here's art.

You won't see half of these run cycle animations because Waha keeps her hat on the whole time in the game.

Due to the time difference and our programmer needing to bounce a day before the deadline, I pulled my first all nighter in quite a long time. My art took on a slightly different characteristic by that time.

So Panpukin Panic won 3rd place in the mobile game jam, and I'm pretty jazzed about that. I will continue to hone my craft and see if I can get the gold next time, but I was up against some household names in the NG pantheon, so getting within striking distance was satisfying in its own right. Stepford used the word "juicy" a lot to describe other games they liked, so I will endeavor to find juice, acquire it, and apply it to future projects.

Participating in the Lamb Jam because I don't wanna buy more games and I'm hoping I can get like 10th place or something for a game key.

I was gonna do something for it. But I already own the game so don’t need a key. I am a lil to old for a plushy and my hype for the game kinda went down hill after I beat it and realized it has vey little replay value. This is pretty nice doh.

Rouguelikes and management sims fit into that weird area where I never feel a burning desire to buy them, but I'll play the fuck out of them once I'm rolling with it.

I got a lot of plushes in my apartment already, so I don't mind another. Got my Raidou Kuzunoha Jack Frost, got my Freddy Freaker, got a few from the Tokyo Pokemon Store, and an upsetting amount of my girlfriend's claw machine winnings. Maybe I'm too old for it too, but I'm past the point of no return now.
