I've decided to throw in the towel as far as the jam is concerned; I was too ambitious with mine and didn't even have an acceptable fraction of it done. I don't want to submit something sloppy/rushed anyway, so I see this 3 weeks as the jumping off point to keep working on mine on my own and finish it proper.
