Just curious. Mine is definitely manga, but what exactly would you say is an art style (or aesthetic if you prefer) that you definitely enjoy above others?

I would say heavily stylized angular styles that originated around the late 90's - mid 2000's (I.e. Samurai Jack, Jet Set Radio, FLCL, etc.) Anything with those sharp edges and thick outlines that help it stand out more and give it just the right amount of edge. That type of style is what I aspire to replicate myself with most of what I draw.

Hard to say. For linework, it's Kim Jung Gi's; an utter mastery of perspective and a seemingly endless visual library to the point that he can freehand mechanical objects, vehicles and organics in perfect fisheye. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EQldF5-X0AAaO2L?format=jpg&name=4096x4096
For painting and rendering, it's probably Zeen Chin's. He's a magician with color; I've studied his palettes, and the results he gets with them seems physically impossible. And yet...

Depends entirely on my mood. At the moment I'm really digging the art of Noel Fielding.
I love the artstyle of Nesskain
In term of concept art for background, the style of Andreas Rocha is one of my must have
Also love the artstyle of IJKelly
I kind of like ibis because its like gimp but on mobile.
Even tho it has payments in there there's always a free version
One thing I hate about that is that it restarts the tortorial over when you uninstall and reinstall
anything that's a cute girl with nice loose lines, good gesture, painted with unique colours, and not realism/semi-realism
I dig that stuff a lot
I've always been kind of interested with the painterly stylings of these art movements like cubism, fauvism, romanticism and expressionism when I was in school most particularly in how they used their colors.
Though prior to that my earlier known exposures were to cartoons and artists like ren and stimpy,The Ripping Friends,Rankin and Bass, chuck Jones, the Pokemon indigo Series, grim adventures of Billy and mandy, unknowingly yoshitaka amano,Osamu Tezuka, max fleischer ... I think I still respect Shmorky as a cartoonist and Bill Watterson has a soft spot for me in the sunday funnies.
I'm more into the inkblot cartoon style where only the characters/certain objects have a clear black outline and every character has a rubber hose design, like this example right here:
(Mickey Mouse, The Karnival Kid, 1929)
I like a range from semi-realism to cartoon/anime/manga, though I tend to lean towards brushwork with purpose or more blended work. Also, Ruan Jia is probably one of my favorite artists.

That is a pretty gorgeous art style.
I can't pick a favorite but I have a soft spot for Eddsworld lmao
A big fan of Suzuhito Yasuda's art style from Devil Survivor, Durarara and Digimon.
Also the art style of TWEWY too.
I mean, my artstyle is a mix of these two
Cartoony artstyles, where they exaggerate features or have very distinct character shapes and sizes.
Team Fortress 2 is a good example. 9 characters, all different body types and shapes. It's real nice stuff.

I think that is the pixelart.
