Are the artist you are trying to scout meet the minimum requirements to be scouted?
If you scout crappy artists or rulebreakers then ya get shit-canned.
In layman's terms, be careful who you scout or you'll lose your privileges.

This is probably the reason for it. If you're scouting anybody with at least four submissions to the art section and a lot turn out to be low quality work, stolen work, photographs, source film maker, or other work that isn't allowed, mods are going to look at who these artists are getting scouted by and if they start to recognize your name as constantly making iffy scouts, yeah your scouting privileges would be in jeopardy.

You cannot just scout someone just because you feel like it, that's a sure way to get pruned if that person turns out to be up to no good.
Definitely do your due research into a person before you scout though, it helps.
But definitely DO NOT scout your own friends, because they asked either. (Unless that friend makes quality art.)

That happened to me too in the past, but I got my scouting privileges back again.
So in total, I got scouted 2 times
