I live for any and all bleu cheese. From the crumbles at Stop n Shop that go oh so well with bacon, to this really incredible creamy bleu cheese we had at french club all those years back, bleu cheese is my shit.

So far I've only positive experience with it has been on a steak at the keg. One day I'll find a milder bleu cheese and work my way up.

You guys are making me crave grilled cheese sammiches now. All I have in the fridge is a couple different aged cheddars, brie, goat cheese, aged Gouda, and feta. Might be able to make something work.
