Well, voice acting isn't going to help you get to the Art portal.
If you want to be scouted (e.g. have your works visible in the main art portal, not just the unscouted section), you're going to have to wait until someone who's already scouted thinks your work is good enough and scouts you.
Most of your work (currently) is very simple and it doesn't look like you spent a lot of time effort and drawing them. Could use some colour, shading and backgrounds. And if you needlessly rate your work 'mature' or 'teen', a portion of people who might normally see it wouldn't. The bloodhound is probably the best of your work (unless you traced it).
But don't worry and keep practising, you'll get there one day. Good luck.
If you later draw something serious and would like a genuine critique, you could probably ask in the art forum, but so far there's not much to comment on.
