Hello there and welcome to the 2019 edition of the Music Inspired Art Contest.
As most of you are aware Newgrounds has an annual Art Inspired Music contest where users make music inspired on the Art Portal submissions, as you might have guessed, on our contest you have to make art using music from the Audio Portal submissions.
How to participate: pick a song from the audio portal, make an art inspired on the song chosen, upload it to the art portal with a link to the chosen song on the description and with the tag MIA2019 until Midnight BRT on August 23.
Prizes:
1st place:
supporter status (1 year), if the winner already has supporter status, a $25 Sharkbot or Arteza gift card.
2nd place:
supporter status (1 year), if the winner already has supporter status, a $25 Sharkbot or Arteza card.
3rd place:
supporter status (1 year), if the winner already has supporter status, a $25 Sharkbot or Arteza card.
Rules:
- Your art has to be based on a music from the audio portal,
- You must put a link of the chosen music on the art description,
- You cannot pick a music that you made,
- Your entry has to be posted on the art portal,
- Your entry must be tagged MIA2019,
- Your entry must have a link to the audio used as inspiration on the description,
- You can submit as many entries as you want, but only 1 prize per user,
- Post your entry until Midnight BRT on August 23.
