Is there a size limit for attachments on blogs?
I have been making a blog of progress on a game I am making and it has been great for posting animated gifs but now when I try to make a new post the animated gif does not play it just shows the first frame. Happens with multiple gif's I have tried so I was thinking maybe you have a max storage size for your total blog and I hit it?
I don't think there's any limit like that, there are plenty of users with hundreds of blogs at this point - some of them very large - so if there was is seems you'd at least still be far from it. :)
Seems more like a possible issue with GIFs. Maybe since they changed something with the design... is this happening with something you're trying to post after: https://metalstormprod.newgrounds.com/news/post/1042109
...since that one seems to play fine for me.
