The Exorcist. Only thing that truly scared me at watching it's 25th anniversary theater showing when I was 10.
I really enjoyed the new IT movie. I had a lot of fun watching it, even though it didn't scare me
Day of the Dead by George A Romero is another good one though. But It isn't scary. But it does have zombies and blood and guts. The humans turn against each other in a military bunker trying to find a solution to the zombies.
Pet Sematary has always been deeply unnerving for me.
The dead coming back to life, controlled by some mysterious evil force. A haunted patch of Earth that has power to make people get killed for the explicit reason to have a loved one go insane, and try to resurrect a person.
Gage Creed was horrifying.
And not to be this guy, but the book was better.
I am going to watch Cannibal Holocaust sometime. It seems really good I am waiting for the best time. Maybe Halloween night. It says it is really controversial on the cover but I have seen a lot of bullshit that said it's controversial so I will see.
I've heard this one is scary as hell, but I'm too afraid to watch.

I've seen it its pretty fucked up.
That's a tough one. Horror being my all time favorite genre. Right now I'm digging the Poughkeepsie Tapes. It's seriously fucked up.

I’ll think about watching it
I just watched Cannibal Holocaust. Only part that some what got to me was when one of the guys got his dick cut off. The movie is faked though, with the exception of killing animals.

It's something. Some controversy on the animal cruelty though.
Just another NG user.
Thanks, @COOLZONE17500 for the cool signature.

The crew members went onto hiding for a year or so, to make their deaths seem more authentic, until the producer was on trial and they had to show evidence of their deaths were faked. It was pretty fucked up though, but not bad.

The Shining is possibly still my favourite movie of all time, so I guess it's that one.

Thank's for reminding me to rewatch those films. Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead are all really good. I have watched the newer "Dead" films, and while I seemed to enjoy them more than most people did, they weren't on the same level as the early films.

A guy gets his dick cut off. But the human deaths are fake except animal cruelty. They kill some animals and eat them.
