I really want to Make my own Animation. But I cant draw Well. I am Still Saving Up For A Drawing Table thats At Minimum
11 x 5. So I was wondering If Anyone Could Give Me tips or Send me a Tutorial, For ANYTHING!!!!!!!!

You said it yourself... Learn drawing...
there are many ways to start drawing... Best way is from real life... I used to (even now sometimes) just draw from comics...
For animation specific... i started with this workbook " simplified drawing for Animation"

You dont need to know how to draw.
I did evetually buy an intuos manga comes with anime studio which I upgraded to v 11 and clip studio paint.
Now I draw in clip studio paint and animate the best I can in anime studio.
Its not full on animation but its something. Let me know if I can help.

Drawing takes practice. spend some time doing it, you will get better. set aside an hour or 2 a day and draw. You will be better in a months time, an expert in a year or two. There are plenty of tuts all over the internet. Do a search.
So alot of people i cant draw well but thats not the case! I cant draw with a mouse is the problem :/

practice it! before I had my pen tablet I had to struggle with the mouse and when I got it I also struggle on it! Just keep drawing that line until you control yourself! stop winning
dont practice drawing with a mouse. that's a huge waste of time, why would you even want to do that? once you'll have a tablet you'll never go back to drawing with a mouse, so rather buy a tablet right now! (or make a wish for christmas)
