I fail to see why this is a question at all.
Blood shits are not normal. They occur either when there's a tear in the intestinal wall, low or high, and thus cause blood to leak out. This can either happen due to hemorrhoids, cancer somewhere, an especially sharp piece of shit, straining too much or any number or causes. Blood-coloured stools on the other hand can be caused by, say, beetroots.
Poop boners are normal. They may happen, they may not happen, but it can be expected, unlike bloody stools. The reason they happen is when you're rather full of shit (lul), it presses down on the prostate and when you eject all that poop out yer butt the pressure is released, which stimulates the prostate, causing a boner. Not because you're aroused by poop, but because your prostate's being pressed (or, rather, suddenly not).
Not to mention that poop boners only really last a few minutes whereas bloody stools last for much longer. Got a poop boner? Suck it up, dude.

Ive experienced neither. I had gotten it while sick but crap wasnt involved at least not outside. added to the pain but it went away on its own. still couldve been related, couldve been bad puberty timing. didnt know about that kind of thing. thanks for the explanation @gimmick
