As a reminder to everyone who helps keep the AP clean in here, it's now possible to flag audio from the audio page itself to bring it to our attention. Please be sure to enter as much relevant info as you can, as you would do in this thread. As a bonus, using that system you get whistle points (and thus a shinier whistle status) when audio you flagged is removed. That said, we'll obviously keep watching this thread.

If it is flagged, then later removed, everyone who flagged it gets whistle points.

I thought about something that could be done to resolve the GD issue.
GD creator makes money with his game. So he could host a kind of GD audio dump from where all the songs for the game are coming from. There could be songs from NG, or songs uploaded on th GD dump by GD users without passing by NG. If a NG user wants his song featured in GD, he makes it available on the GD audio dump (There could be a checkbox on each audio submission if the composer wants it to be available on GD or not). The game creator would be responsible for stolen songs featured on his game. AND, there would be no more (Or a lot less) usurpers trying to upload stolen songs here. AND NG users would still be able to make their original songs available for the game. Everyone is happy.
We just need GD creator to get his own GD audio dump, and a check box on our own audio to make it available or not on GD levels. Wouldn't it be nice? :D

What I've been thinking lightly of is like a "mini-mod" rank in the audio portal; where you could blam or save songs. If a song gets like 3 blams but no saves it's automatically removed. This would lighten the workload for the mods. However it could be easily abused, so that's why I said it has to be a new rank. If anyone could blam or save songs things would go out of hand pretty quickly...

Given the listener and follower counts on the soundcloud, I see no particular reason to suspect this is a fake account.
That said, don't ask people on Newgrounds if their account is legit. If they are faking it on NG, they have absolutely no incentive to tell you they're faking it, and their word is worthless. if at all, ask them on the other sites.
