Look above the numeric keypad on the right hand side of your keyboard. There should be a button with 'PrtSc' on it. Press it, then open a picture editing program like MSPaint. Paste the image into the program and save.

its the "prt sc" button, usually u halft to press control er sompthing like that(i got a laptop and i got to press the "Fn" button) then go into ms paint and paste the immage. youll probly halft to crop the immage since its a screen shot n all.
