Windows Noises Reviews?

I clicked on "read all reviews" for the "Windows Noises" movie and it says...

Thanks for attempting to read this review / writing your own review, but the submission these reviews belong to is still "Under Judgement", which means that you will have to wait until it's passed judgement before you're able to access them.

Does anyone know why it's doing that? I know it's not under judgement...but why does it say it is when I click "read all reviews"? Here's the link to the movie so you can check it out for yourself...

lol, ya know, whitout me, It would have been blammed second time. I started a whole topic about that and people noticed, that it was a great flash. So I dezerved that "helpful" mark. Ty :D
