The Atlantic has been very busy lately. There are current 3 areas where TCs formation are possible.
The problem is NHC can only handle 5 tropical systems at a time. If the yellow area develops, then it will not only be unprecedented, but also the NHC will have to use the same code for two systems, if it works.
