Stunned and staggered over the change. The formula's been unchanged for over a decade, and now, progress! I'd still feel better if Congress were enrolled. When the sequestering of the budget began, and those elected louts tried to fly back home (and had to wait), they just drove back to the Capital, and re-funded the air traffic controllers their money back :|

As bad as this sounds I think Newgrounds needs to move to just a thumbs up / thumbs down system. Are people still taking the time to rate something from 0 to 5 anymore? How many people are just rating 0 or 5?
What we need is a system to clear out the garbage that made it through the portal. There are submissions that have like 0.10 stars.
I don't even think my 8.whatever voting power is even worth anything more than 1 vote. I know for sure its worth 1 in art and audio since I can see my voting influence against a single other voter, even though it says 7.whatever (none blam/save power) its always the mean of the two votes.
