We Need 4 or 5 Animaters, We Contacted Egoraptor So He Might Help. We Need 3 Writers. We Need 2 Music People And Sound People. AND We Need Singers. BECAUSE Our Characters Sing ALOT.

You need a lot of people. I am going to be honest. All these people won't work for you for free. Maybe if you were friends with them, they would lend you a hand, but they would probably still not commit half of their time for your personal project.
Look, you are probably new to this, excited and want your ideas to be realized, but it's not that easy. Don't take it personal, but people just won't help you beyond a certain point, if they don't get anything in return. Get started with animating yourself, meet some new people online and cooperate with them. Then you can eventually realize your ideas alone or with some friends some day.
