So this is where I'll be posting my sprite/pixel art done in paint and other various programs... I'm hoping to receive some decent critique. Anyways...
To start things off is a test of sorts. I wanted to build a custom 4-BIT (16) color pallet and gain a basic understanding of the colors. I've also looked at 1-,2-, and 3-BIT pallets, but I found that really the most effective for highlight and shadows as well as mimicking the whole color spectrum was 4-BIT (obviously, the more colors you have, the better). So that's what I used. To note, I also built the interface around the test. Kinda of have lot of free time right now.
