7-8 I'd say, and 4 if I'm having trouble sleeping.

That's very .. precise. You keep track of your everyday sleep schedule?

Too much activity at the BBS?
5-7 hours weekdays,10 hours on the weekends. I have my morning routine which helps me wake up not matter how few hours of sleep I got.
i get on average 6 hours of sleep, and slightly more during the weekends. on weekdays, i go to bed at 1 am and get up early in the morning for classes. 6 hours of sleep is optimal for me, long enough to refresh myself in the morning, but not too long so that i feel tired or sick.
i suspect that fat people need more sleep.
Not nearly enough that's for sure.
Let me kill your thread for you, it wasn't all that interesting anyway.

Usually 4-5 on weekdays, and 5-12 on weekends.
Where's the pickle?
none ffor three dayts, then 18 in one night, 7 the next, 3 the next, then the cycle repeat
Depends. Usually between 6 and 9.

Sounds like a healthy habit.
Weekdays 22:30- 6:30, so 8 hours pretty much every night. I then usually sleep in a bit later at the weekend, and go to sleep later, so have a shorter night (around 6 hours) on a Sunday.
Without 8 hours I really struggle the next day though- with my job my mind needs to be sharp every minute of the day, and after a bad night's sleep I struggle to get my words out straight, especially in the afternoon. I also don't drink tea or coffee (or any other caffeinated drink), so I rely on getting enough sleep to be on top of my game the next day.

It differs every night. If I don't get enough sleep one night, I'll catch up either by napping or sleeping longer the next night.

Ah okay.
Well some people do better with less sleep.
For instance I am a hell of a lot better at some stuff if I go for a few days without sleep.
Anywhere between 3 - 11, it depends on how much I have had throughout the week and whether I have been on a night shift. I managed to get 12 hours of almost solid sleep a couple of days ago for the first time in a long while, that was pretty awesome.
Release your inner crazy.
I've been trying to get into a "go to bed early, wake up early" routine for quite a long time now, but I never seem to be able to manage it.
I do seem to get enough sleep though. I usually catch about 6-7 hours on ordinary weekdays and 7-8 hours on weekend days (or days off). It's just that I usually don't go to bed before 1 AM. Fortunately I rarely have to wake up early because my uni professors seem to avoid lecturing in the early morning hours.
recently the hours i have been receiving 12 hours of sleep.
With all this free time from only having one class in my highschool I wonder about what I should do.
happy, sad....!?
